ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC TUBE BENDER No. 92

The FROMAX hydraulic tube bending machine no. 92 has a robust design and it delivers a hydraulic force up to 200 kN depending on the size of the machine. It has a folding frame, which gives it a lower weight compared to an open frame. As standard it comes with a 230V single phase motor with an effect of 1,4 kW. As an option it can be ordered with 115V single phase or 400V three phase motors. The machines are equipped with overload protection equipment. The electric drive has the advantage of a more efficient operation and is suitable for more extensive jobs and serial production.

No. 92 is available in three different sizes and is supplied in a sturdy wooden box including standard formers for bending standard gas pipes up to 90°. It is quick and easy to change between different sizes of formers.

A wide range of accessories is available such as formers in metric sizes, 180° formers and pivot stands. Thanks to the wide range of accessories the machine can be used for many different applications for both hard and soft tubes such as hydraulic-, multilayer-, stainless-, copper- and other similar tubes. It can also be equipped with stroke adjustment for serial production.
