| With FROMAX lever-type benders No. 55 soft as well as half-hard copper, steel stainless, aluminum and similar pipes can be bent, without having the tool fixed in a vice. No internal support is needed. The benders are graduated 0°- 180° which do that exact bends are easily are obtained.
Nowadays No. 55 is also available in the diameter of 22 mm. As with the smaller sizes of the series no. 55 it is also a tool for freehand bending. But since hard copper pipes in the diameter 22 mm requires that you overcome large forces to be able to bend it, it is designed with a lug so you can easily attach it in a vice and also an extra-long bending arm with a lever of 108 cm.
